Product Introduction
This pipe is produced using random copolymer of propylene-ethylene (ethylene content 1%~4%) as raw material through extrusion molding. In addition to the special properties of ordinary plastic pipes such as rust resistance, no scaling, low flow resistance, and low processing energy consumption, PP-R pipes also have a long lifespan, good low-temperature impact resistance, high-temperature resistance without deformation (90℃), and good thermal fusion welding properties. When transporting hot water at a temperature of 70℃ and a working pressure of 1.0MPa, the continuous service life can reach 50 years, making it a high-quality product for replacing metal pipes.
Product Features
1. Sanitary, non-toxic, rust-free, never scales, complies with GB/T17219-1998 drinking water standards;
2. High temperature and high pressure resistant, the maximum water temperature can reach 95℃, pressure strength can exceed 2MPa, material softening temperature is 130℃;
3. Uses thermal fusion connection, pipe fittings melt into a single whole, safe and reliable, never leaks. The tensile, bending, and impact resistance at the joints are all higher than the strength of the pipe body;
4. Low thermal conductivity coefficient is 1/200 of heavy metals. Has good thermal insulation performance;
5. Lightweight, only 1/8 of metal pipes, low construction intensity, easy to handle;
6. Density is 0.9g/cm3, good toughness, impact resistant;
7. The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, with low pressure loss, fast water flow speed, friction coefficient only 0.007, water flow capacity can be improved by 30% compared to metal pipes;
8. Good chemical corrosion resistance, long service life, can be used continuously for 50 years under normal conditions. Resistant to corrosion from general chemical media, will not rust or corrode, does not breed bacteria, no chemical corrosion;
9. Green and environmentally friendly; during production, construction, and use processes, there is no pollution to the environment and it does not cause white pollution issues; it can be recycled and reused. It is a green environmental protection product.
