After each pipeline product of the company is taken offline, frontline production employees will conduct initial inspections of the product based on appearance and color; Multiple inspectors in each workshop will inspect and record the product wall thickness, meter weight, shape, etc; The company's quality inspection department will conduct random inspections on product batches to test the pipeline performance such as impact resistance, tensile strength, static hydraulic strength, and hygiene; Each workshop of the company is equipped with a chief inspector, and each batch of products needs to be inspected and issued a certificate of conformity by the chief inspector before they can be stored.
