Goody Technology has successively passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and has participated in the formulation and revision of more than 60 national standards, industry standards, group standards, and local standards.
As one of the drafting units for multiple national and industry standards, the company has established a comprehensive quality control system based on its own production conditions and characteristics. It controls product quality from three aspects: raw material procurement inspection, production process supervision, and product outbound inspection. Each process strictly implements relevant quality regulations, and product quality control runs through the entire process of procurement, production, and sales, striving to achieve no blind spots in product quality control.
The supervision of the production process is the key to the quality control of the company's products. The company implements a four level testing system that combines initial inspection, patrol inspection, sampling inspection, and final inspection. After each pipeline product of the company is taken offline, frontline production employees will conduct initial inspections of the product based on appearance and color; Multiple inspectors in each workshop will inspect and record the product wall thickness, meter weight, shape, etc; The company's quality inspection department will conduct random inspections on product batches to test the pipeline performance such as impact resistance, tensile strength, static hydraulic strength, and hygiene; Each workshop of the company is equipped with a chief inspector, and each batch of products needs to be inspected and issued a certificate of conformity by the chief inspector before they can be stored.
