The pipe is made from high-density polyethylene through extrusion processing, gradually replacing traditional reinforced concrete pipes and metal pipes.
PE steel wire mesh skeleton reinforced composite pipe is a new type of composite structure wall pressure pipe made from high-strength steel wire and polyethylene plastic as raw materials. It features a high-strength steel wire as the reinforcement layer and high-density polyethylene plastic as the inner and outer layers, forming an integral pipe wall. This type of pipe can withstand high internal pressure while being resistant to corrosion from internal media, significantly improving the quality and reliability of the pipe.
PVC-U/UH water supply pipes are a mature type of water supply material, featuring strong resistance to acids and alkalis, excellent corrosion resistance, good pressure performance, high strength, lightweight, low cost, low fluid resistance, no secondary pollution, compliance with health standards, and convenient construction and operation.
PVC-M high impact resistance water supply pipes are made from sanitary grade PVC resin, calcium-zinc/rare earth stabilizers, and incorporate elastomers/inorganic rigid particles for enhanced toughness. This type of pipe maintains the high strength of PVC-U while also possessing good toughness and higher pressure resistance. The ductility and resistance to rapid crack growth of the pipes are significantly improved, resulting in a substantial reduction in accidental damage rates during transportation, construction, and use, potentially even down to zero damage.
