Pre-sales

(1) At the request of the customer, before the formal construction of the project, Goody technology can send professional engineering and technical personnel to the site for on-site investigation. According to the specific environment of the project, combined with the installation and use characteristics of plastic pipes, the corresponding solutions are given in the selection of pipes, the arrangement of accessories and other possible problems;

(2) According to the requirements of design, construction and installation, communicate with the design department, put forward reasonable suggestions for the project and the construction party, and provide relevant national standards and construction specifications for products.

In Sale

(1) According to the customer's telephone requirements, free of charge to arrange engineering and technical personnel to accurately and punctually deliver the products to the designated location, and equipped with full-time engineering installation personnel, emergency repair equipment, emergency services, free of charge to guide the installation, and provide installation equipment;

(2) During the warranty period, three guarantees shall be implemented for the goods, responsible for free maintenance or replacement of damaged goods (except for accidents caused by human factors or force majeure), and free maintenance and improvement of the goods;
