Buried polyethylene (PE) spiral structured wall pipe (Krah pipe)

Description:The buried polyethylene (PE) winding structured wall pipe uses the latest hot winding forming process. Compared to directly extruded structured wall pipes, it has a higher ring stiffness (ring stiffness reaches SN16), can produce larger diameters (up to 4000mm), and has strong adaptability to uneven settlement and misalignment due to socket fusion connections. It also has good seismic resistance, is not prone to leakage, and is easy to construct.

Description

  Product Introduction

The buried polyethylene (PE) winding structure wall pipe adopts the latest hot-state winding forming process. Compared with directly extruded structural wall pipes, it has high ring stiffness (ring stiffness reaches SN16), can produce larger diameters (up to 4000mm), and has strong adaptability to uneven settlement and misalignment of the pipe foundation with socket heat fusion connections. It has good seismic resistance, is not prone to leakage, and is easy to construct.

  Product Features

1. Good hydraulic conditions: The inner wall surface of the pipe is smooth, with a low friction coefficient. Under the same pipe diameter conditions, the flow capacity is 30% larger than that of reinforced concrete pipes.

2. Good elongation performance: Flexible pipes can adapt to construction under poor foundation conditions and foundation settlement, with excellent anti-subsidence performance.

3. High seismic resistance: Strong ability to resist uneven settlement and seismic forces.

4. Zero leakage: Uses electric heat fusion socket connections, with good integrity and sealing.

5. Corrosion resistance: Strong corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and good external pressure capacity.

6. Large diameter and high ring stiffness: Maximum diameter reaches 3000mm; can produce ring stiffness up to SN16.

7. High strength: Long service life, with a lifespan of 70 years.

  Application Fields

1. Municipal engineering: Used for drainage and sewage pipes.

2. Construction engineering: Used for building rainwater pipes, underground drainage pipes, sewage pipes, ventilation pipes, etc.

3. Railway and highway communications: Used as protective pipes for communication cables and optical cables.

4. Industry: Widely used in chemical, hospital, environmental protection, and other industries for sewage pipes.

5. Agriculture and land engineering: Used for irrigation and drainage in farmland, fruit tea gardens, and forest belts.

6. Road engineering: Used as drainage and seepage pipes for railways and highways.

7. Mining sites: Used for ventilation, air supply, and drainage pipes in mines.

8. Football field engineering: Used as drainage pipes for golf courses and football fields.

AppearanceThe inner and outer walls of the pipe must not have bubbles, dents, obvious impurities, or irregular ripples. The two ends of the pipe should be flat and perpendicular to the axis; the inner and outer walls in the trough area of the pipe should be tightly fused without separation at the welds.
