Polybutylene (PB) hot and cold water pipes
Category: Heating pipe
Description
Product Introduction
Stainless steel water pipes are the best materials for direct drinking water delivery. They have a very low leakage rate, which can save precious water resources.
The water supply system was damaged during the earthquake, but the stainless steel pipe system remained intact. Additionally, compared to copper pipes, stainless steel pipes have better water flow and do not corrode under high flow rates. Their insulation is also 24 times better than that of copper pipes.
Product Features
① Lightweight, highly flexible, with a minimum bending radius of up to 6D.
② Excellent durability, non-toxic, and pollution-free. As a high-density polymer material with a good molecular structure and stability, its lifespan can reach 50-100 years.
③ UV resistant and corrosion resistant. PB pipes have UV protection and antibacterial properties, and can be stored in containers for long periods without aging.
④ Good freeze and heat resistance. At -20℃, it has stronger low-temperature impact resistance; the pipe will not crack when frozen and can maintain its original shape after melting. The maximum operating temperature can reach up to 110℃.
⑤ Smooth pipe walls that are not prone to scaling, which does not affect water flow. Can work at temperatures of up to 95℃ for long periods.
Application Fields
1. Water supply and hot water pipes: PB pipes are recognized as non-toxic, odorless, and highly durable piping materials;
2. Heating pipelines: PB pipes have good insulation properties, are easy to install, and are highly durable, making them the best choice for building and floor heating pipelines;
3. Industrial air conditioning pipelines: Due to their high pressure resistance, they are particularly suitable for air conditioning piping;
4. Snow removal pipes: PB pipes have a long lifespan and strong impact resistance, making them suitable for snow removal on roads, parking lots, and playgrounds;
5. Hot spring pipes: PB pipes have outstanding heat and pressure resistance, do not generate rust or scale, making them effective for use as hot spring pipes.
