Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in the drafting, revision, improvement, and implementation of various rules and regulations;
2. Assist the department in recruiting the required talents in a timely manner through various channels according to the recruitment plan;
3. Assist in developing and implementing the company's employee training plan, and organize various forms of training activities;
4. Assist in organizing and implementing employee performance evaluations, summarizing performance evaluation results, and conducting face-to-face interviews;
5. Assist in handling and summarizing procedures for salary changes, as well as summarizing monthly increases and decreases in the five insurances and one fund;
6. Assist in daily human resources work, attendance management, and employee file management;
Job requirements
Male or female, proficient in using commonly used office software, strong communication and coordination skills, execution ability, and strong learning ability
